Terms of Service
Version 2.0. Effective 24 September 2026.
This page is in English, followed by Bahasa Malaysia. English prevails if the two are inconsistent.
1. About these terms
These terms cover terascore.my, the corporate website of Teras Core Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("Teras Core", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. Who we are

3. What this website is, and what it is not
This website tells you about our company, our products and our custom software work. Nothing is sold or paid for on terascore.my: there is no checkout, no payment link, no user account and nothing to sign in to.
4. Our products have their own terms
Each of our products is sold, paid for and used on its own website, under that product's own terms of service, pricing, refund policy and privacy notice:

If you subscribe to a product, the terms on that product's website apply to that subscription, and they take precedence over these terms. How payment works explains where prices are shown and how payment is made.
5. Custom software work
Custom systems and mobile apps are agreed in writing before work starts. The written quotation or agreement sets the scope, the price in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and the payment terms, and it binds both sides. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation.
6. Using this website
You may read these pages and link to them. You must not try to disrupt the website, get into the systems behind it, or use it to send or publish anything unlawful.
7. Intellectual property
The Teras Core name and logo, the names and logos of Traveltour.io, HRWork, CHATZ and Faas.my, and the text and images on this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may quote us with attribution. You may not present our material as your own.
8. Links to other websites
Links to our product websites and to other websites are given for convenience. Once you follow one, that website's own terms and privacy notice apply.
9. Accuracy and availability
We describe our products and services as accurately as we can, and we correct anything we find to be wrong. We do not promise that this website will always be available: maintenance and outages happen.
10. Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. The version in force when you use the website is the one that applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

3. Apa laman web ini, dan apa yang bukan
Laman web ini memperkenalkan syarikat kami, produk kami dan kerja pembangunan perisian khas kami. Tiada apa-apa yang dijual atau dibayar di terascore.my: tiada halaman pembayaran, tiada pautan bayaran, tiada akaun pengguna dan tiada log masuk.
4. Produk kami mempunyai terma sendiri
Setiap produk kami dijual, dibayar dan digunakan di laman webnya sendiri, tertakluk kepada terma perkhidmatan, harga, polisi bayaran balik dan notis privasi produk tersebut: Traveltour.io di www.traveltour.io, HRWork di hrwork.my dan CHATZ di chatz.my. Terma di laman web produk itu terpakai kepada langganan anda dan mengatasi terma ini. Cara pembayaran menerangkan di mana harga dipaparkan dan bagaimana bayaran dibuat.
5. Kerja perisian khas
Sistem dan aplikasi mudah alih khas dipersetujui secara bertulis sebelum kerja bermula. Sebut harga atau perjanjian bertulis menetapkan skop, harga dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM) dan terma pembayaran, dan ia mengikat kedua-dua pihak. Tiada apa-apa di laman web ini merupakan tawaran atau sebut harga.
6. Penggunaan laman web ini
Anda boleh membaca halaman ini dan memautkannya. Anda tidak boleh cuba mengganggu laman web ini, memasuki sistem di belakangnya, atau menggunakannya untuk menghantar atau menyiarkan apa-apa yang menyalahi undang-undang.
7. Harta intelek
Nama dan logo Teras Core, nama dan logo Traveltour.io, HRWork, CHATZ dan Faas.my, serta teks dan imej di laman web ini adalah milik kami melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya. Anda boleh memetik kami dengan menyatakan sumber, tetapi tidak boleh mengaku bahan kami sebagai milik anda.
8. Pautan ke laman web lain
Pautan ke laman web produk kami dan laman web lain disediakan untuk kemudahan. Apabila anda mengikutinya, terma dan notis privasi laman web tersebut terpakai.
9. Ketepatan dan ketersediaan
Kami menerangkan produk dan perkhidmatan kami setepat mungkin dan membetulkan apa-apa kesilapan yang kami temui. Kami tidak berjanji laman web ini sentiasa boleh dicapai: penyelenggaraan dan gangguan boleh berlaku.
10. Liabiliti
Laman web ini disediakan seadanya. Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian akibat penggunaannya. Tiada apa-apa dalam terma ini menghapuskan hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 atau undang-undang lain yang tidak boleh dikecualikan.

12. Perubahan terma
Apabila terma ini berubah, kami menyiarkan versi baharu di sini dengan nombor versi dan tarikh berkuat kuasa yang baharu. Versi yang berkuat kuasa semasa anda menggunakan laman web ini ialah versi yang terpakai.
13. Undang-undang yang mentadbir
Terma ini ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia, dan mahkamah Malaysia mempunyai bidang kuasa ke atas sebarang pertikaian mengenainya.
