How payment works

Nothing is sold or paid for on terascore.my. Each of our products shows its prices in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and takes payment on its own website.

Our products

All three are operated by Teras Core Technology Sdn. Bhd. and paid for on their own websites. Follow the link to see each product's current prices in RM, its plans and the payment methods it accepts, before you pay anything.

  • Traveltour.io Operations for a travel agency: packages, departures, bookings, invoices and payments. Prices in RM, plans and payment methods: www.traveltour.io

Paying for a product

  1. See the price on the product's website

    Every price is shown in RM on the product's own website, with its plans and terms, before you commit to anything.

  2. Sign up and pay there

    You choose a plan and pay on that website, using one of the payment methods its checkout shows. terascore.my never asks for your card or bank details.

  3. Access is activated

    Access is activated right after the payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy if access has not arrived within 24 hours.

  4. Receipt, cancellation and refunds

    Your receipt comes from the product. To cancel or ask for a refund, follow the product's own policy, and see our Refund Policy.

Paying for custom work

  1. Tell us what you need

  2. Written quotation in RM

    We agree the scope in writing: what is being built, what is not, the full price in RM and when each payment is due.

  3. Invoice

    Teras Core Technology Sdn. Bhd. invoices you as the quotation sets out. The invoice states how to pay. Nothing is paid before the scope is agreed.

  4. Receipt

    We issue a receipt for each payment received.

Policies

Payment is covered by our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Personal data is covered by our Privacy Notice.
